This is shocking...
My parcel was couriered from Limpopo on Friday. Need this urgently.
When I phoned the customer care number they told me that it is still at head office in Johannesburg because of a strike that started on Wednesday.
Firstly-Why on the day that the lady went to post the parcel they didn't tell her that there is a strike going on? Then we would have used a other company.
Secondly- we choose the counter to counter option, isn't it supposed to come directly from the counter in Limpopo to the counter in Pretoria?? Why is the parcel in Johannesburg or do I understand the concept of "counter to counter" wrong?
I was phoning three times holding on each time almost for a half an hour- repeatedly putting the phone down just to try again- getting the same service- EVERYTHING but speed.
Still don't know when I will receive my parcel and for how long I must wait for it.
Will Never make use of speed service again!!!
