On February 6 a parcel was sent to me from California I could trace the parcel in the usa but as soon as it got to SA it disappeared I've been going to my post office ever since its been six weeks and first it was because of the strike and then i was given numbers to call at customs and the post office call centre where i was on hold for 2hours not speaking to anyone. And then i got through to customs where the told me the package doesn't have a tracking number anymore and it's now untraceable... How does a package loose a tracking number this parcel is very important to me as it's dancing shoes and mine are no longer in working order. These shoes can't be purchased in SA that's why once every two years I get sent 2 pairs. This is crazy and insane our country needs a better postal service I mean the USA postal service never losses packages and i even had money in the mail and it still got to me... LC547509024US.
