SAPO - Package not delivered

At the start of March I had ordered a parcel from California. This parcel was processed on the 7th of March, in Compton, CA and had made it's way to South Africa on the 24th of March.
Upon viewing the tracking information, this parcel has not moved from this.

This was meant to reach its delivery address by (approximately) the 27th of March, but now I question as to whether it will ever move from its current location.

When will this parcel be delivered?
