I only go to Placecol Plattekloof village for my waxes and every time I go, I go for a hollywood. I booked 2 weeks ago to go for a hollywood and when I arrived they had me booked for an eyebrow wax, something I have never gone to them for in the past. As a result, my beautician who is absolutely great at what she does, only had 15 minutes to perform what would usually take 30 minutes. As a result the wax was rushed, the wax wasn't ready and the wax was performed half-heartedly due to the pressure to finish. The ladies working there then said it was my mother's fault because she booked the wrong wax. This is highly unlikely as, like previously mentioned, I only go for hollywood waxes. No effort was made to rectify the situation or an alternative offered, and i kept getting made to feel bad and like the one in the wrong. I pay a lot for a hollywood and expect the service to jusify the price. Just a dissapointment.
