Post Office Delay costing us a lot of money

I have a package that's come in from Germany and it's been stuck at Jhb Intnl. Mail Centre customs for the last 10 days. The invoice has long since been submitted, an original EUR1 Certificate of Origin is attached to the parcel, the customs tariff heading and description is clearly printed on the invoice and on the parcel. There is NO reason for the parcel to be delayed.

PLEASE can someone just assist to get this parcel through for us?
