VERY POOR SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN TRACKING A PARCEL ONLINE AND WHEN I SAW THAT IT WAS AT THE ZINNIAVILE POST OFFICE BRANCH, MY HUSBAND WENT TO FETCH IT WTH MY ID. WHEN HE ARRIVED THERE WAS A PIECE OF PAPER ON THE DOOR STATING "LUNCH 13:30 - 14:30" MY HUSBAND WENT IN AT 13:55. HE APOLOGISED FOR DISTURBING THEIR LUNCH BREAK, AS HE DOES NOT STAY NEAR THE POST OFFICE. BEFORE HE COULD FINISH HIS SENTENCE THE CLERK IMMEDIATELY SHOUTED AT HIM FOR OPENING THE DOOR AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIM. AFTER A STRUGGLE HE EVENTUALLY GAVE HER THE TRACKING NO TWICE AND SHE DENIED THE PARCELL BEING THERE. HE PHONED ME AND I TOLD HIM ACCORDING TO THE ONLINE TRACKING SERVICE IT WAS ALREADY SCANNED THERE 3 DAYS EARLIER, IT MUST BE THERE. TURNED OUT SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING BECAUSE ONLY AFTER HE INSISTED THE FOURTH TIME, THE PARCEL WAS FOUND. SHE WAS STILL EXTREMELY RUDE. WHEN HE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HER NAME WAS TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT, THE RIPPED HER NAMETAG FROM HER SHIRT AND SAID SHE DOES NOT CARE HE CAN COMPLAIN ALL HE WANT, "THAT'S ALL YOU PEOPLE CAN DO" WHEN HE EVENTUALLY GOT THE PARCEL AND WAS LEAVING SHE WS SHOUTING AT HIM AND CALLING HIM NAMES. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY VERY POOR SERVI
