Parcel is missing and nothing is being done!

I sent a parcel from Stubensvallei post office to Kakamas on the 11 March 2013. The parcel has not arrived and the tracking system says it is still at Stubensvallei post office. I went to Stubensvallei post office and was told to fill in forms and provide evidence of the value of the parcel which I did on the 9th April 2013.

Today called SAPO customer care and they said nothing has been done yet as the documentation has not been received. They then informed me to call the post office to find out what the issue is. When calling them they told me that the documents were sent via registered post to the regional office but as the striking has begun again they the document are probably delayed.

This is terrible service! And just because its government business and people are striking doesn't mean that they are protected from he consumer protection act.

I want my parcel found or my money refunded immediately!
