I have two parcels sitting somewhere in SAPO networks:
1. PA404146205ZA: Sent from George on 12th FEB 2013!!! Tracking shows it is still in transit from George since 12th Feb 2013.
3. RI270812236ZA: Parcel from UK. Tracking shows It reached country on 16th March 2013 and has completed Customs. (From Customs on 18 March morning 6:41 AM) Now it is in transit since 18th March 14:46. Destination addess is in Johannesburg only so how long will it travel from JHB INT MAIL CENTRE to local post office in JHB?
Please dont tell me to call customer care and send mail to [Email Removed] because I have done that numerous times without any reply. Why are you keeping a telephonic customer care if you dont care to attend the calls? It seems the only functional communication channel for SAPO is HelloPeter. Utterly disgusting. Please dont even bother to reply if you are going copy and paste your appology reply which you are doing almost shamelessly for all the complaints you are getting here.
