SAPO - Package still not delivered

At the start of March I had ordered a parcel from California. This parcel was processed on the 7th of March, in Compton, CA and had made it's way to South Africa on the 24th of March.
Upon viewing the tracking information, this parcel has not moved from this.

It remains in a perpetual state of "In transit".
Since this request, I have had the customs amount changed to R200 above the initial amount, I have had the parcel given to someone else (I have email proof of this). I have had it promised to me by (latest) 15/04/2013, and am still awaiting this parcel.

It appears as if SAPO is punishing me for wanting to receive my parcel - one which is already one month delayed.

Please, if this parcel could make its way to me, it would be deeply appreciated.
