Poor service and non delivery!

My very urgent parcel was posted from the USA last month (14/2 USPS priority) it shows it entered SA (20/2 and was sent to customs 2013/02/20 11:57:32). The package was then returned from customs 2013/02/25 06:21:54 and has been "in transit" since 2013/02/25 10:30, location; JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)!!!

So my parcel has been stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub) ever since, today is already the 6th of March and tracking shows its still there.

It has already been 14 working days (20 days in total) where delivery should have been between 6 and 9 working days! It's nearly double now! I have called numerous times and every time I get the run around without an answer and then I get cut off! I am really getting fed up with this situation and poor service quality and this is having a profound impact on my wedding planning! How can I speed things up? Can I collet my package myself from the Jhb Int Mail Centre?

And on the same subject, we are in Pretoria an have not received ANY post for more than a month now, I have read in the media that the strike is supposedly over, what's going on. This is unacceptable service!
