I have been waiting on an international parcel for a very long time. Have been shipped and received by JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on 18/10/2013. Did not get any email or post informing me that my parcel can only be sent once invoice is sent to them. Finally I have received an email address to send my proof of payment to and sent it on 05/11/2013 to

No reply up until now. And my tracking info states:

Is it truly so difficult to receive an International parcel.
With whom can I get in contact with regarding this parcel for I am being referred to this email address constantly with no reply.
Extremely poor customer support for S.A. Post Office's side.
