We posted a parcel in George for a customer in JHB but when we tracked the T&T number it shows

It has been 5 weeks now and we had to resend our clients order at our own expense.
This will be the second time - in mid August another parcel was lost. The post office is losing our business as we can NOT use them knowingly while they loose parcels this often.
