I'm Told customs is holding my parcel and I need to find and send my invoice, Why do I have to call to find out about my parcel if they decided to hold it back? nobody called me.. on my tracking information it says that its in transit capemail hub to a customer that means everything is well keep waiting, I was given a fax number 0215345917 I sent my invoice through now twice, I asked for a email address I was told there is no email address, so basically i cant track my fax now? how long does it take from this point now? who is going to make contact with me? I was told there might be a charge?
