I need an answe

Im not sure what else i should do, but after numerous emails to brightpoint and fnb, ive almost given up hope of receiving my device.
Today for the 3 rd time they have apparantly despatched the device, and the person i spoke to said they would call me back shortly to arrange things, but never did.
I also asked to speak to the manager, but after a while they said she was busy, and she would call me back shorlty.
This also never happened. I placed my order for the phone on the 12th of december.
Also i was expecting an email from one of their employess to let me know whats going on, and i never received it.

Who does one contact to sort this out?
