It seems like people had bad experiences when this spa was "Knightsbridge" but SkySpa is quite nice. I bought a WikiDeal for R300 that included a facial, massage, champagne, chocolates and pool/sauna. I arrived and was offered water/tea/coffee/etc and waited about 5 minutes for my therapist. I got a private women's room to change in, with fresh bathrobes and towels, and a locker with a key for my things. My appointment time ran close to closing but my therapist was very gracious and asked if I wanted any other treatments. She did an extra eyebrow and brazillian wax for me (for extra charge of course, but still was nice to accommodate me). I had one therapist in one room, so I never had to get up until i was done. It was all very relaxing and the champagne was nice, in their large glass-walled sitting area looking out over the pool. They were closing as I was done so they left me to my own devices with the pool, sauna, steamroom etc. The only thing was that I felt a bit unsafe being there by myself because there was no one else there (the entire workout/pool area was empty and I couldn't lock my things). However, I think that is the fault of the building manager and not the spa.
