I ordered a Smart device from FNB, I got a sms on 27 March 2013, saying that my device has been delivered to the courier and I should get a call within 24hours. Till now I have not recieved any feedback. I know there was a lot of public holidays but 27 and 28 March were not so I have been waiting more than 48hours for feedback to arrange delivery address which will also take 3 to 5 working days, so by the time I get my device they would have had it more than a week. I have read a lot of BAD reviews about this company and this leads me to believe I will also have a terrible experience with them. I tried to phone the but it just rings.

Can you please give me feedback?
