Registered letter send 23/2/2013 from Tshwane to Durban has not been delivered yet. On 7th March 2013 I enquired at the Musgrave branch Durban about the whereabouts of the letter, they informed me that the letter was still in Tshwane and that I can fetch it myself. I flew up to Tshwane on the 8th of March 2013, where Tshwane branch told me that I cannot get the letter. I enquired about it again at Musgrave branch Durban where I was said I will receive an email as to the whereabouts of the letter where I can then fetch it from, up to date, no email. This is an extremely important and valuable documents, and it now reached a matter of urgency to get hold of it. Please assist with this matter.
