Deposit paid and now the rules change

I replied to an advert on gumtree about a franchies for dial a battery. Deon was excited to help and very attentavie. I requested the contract so that I could obtain the franchise.
I obtained the contract and on the contract the invoice was at the bottom. I again asked what the procedure is and how to go about obtaining the franchise.
I was told to complete the contract and pay the deposit. It was confirmed twice that deliver would be 7 working days. 15 working days later and still did not have any of the equipment that was paid for. Eventually I got some of the items and inquired as to when the rest will be delivered. Lucinda then become rude and told me that I must pay for the next deliver. I explained that the invoice on the contract shows that it is included and I wanted my items. Lucinda said that the invoice stated that the delivery was not included.
DO NOT do bussiness with these people they will take your money and then make excuses!!!
