I accidently paid money to SABC and when I phoned to ask to be refunded, they advised I had to send the request in writing. To process my request would take 6-8 weeks.
All this time I am losing out on interest.
SABC can confirm that I have been creditied the amount, they have received and allocated the money however they can't refund it quickly and effeciently.
If everyone is in agreement why can't the funds be returned.
SABC quick to take your money - not so quick to give money back that is rightfully yours.
This is money that I know i will not see again.
