Late delivery, incomplete order, bad service

Do not buy goods online from this company!
below are the headlines of my disastrous dealings with them:
1. Items quoted for not included in the invoice.
2. Late delivery - according to their terms, delivery takes 5 to 10 days from payment of 60% deposit. I made a 100% deposit and had to wait 60 days, after sending numerous emails.
3. Incomplete order. Not all the items ORDERED, INVOICED AND PAID for were delivered. Upon my enquiry I was told that the supplier did not have stock so I cannot get my complete order. Absolutely no offer of refund or any other form of corrective actions were made. It seems to be my loss now...
4. Printing error: I signed off on a proof of the printing that was required on the clothing. The clothing received had additional printing on that was not on the proof, and i hadn't asked for it either. His response: Well, that's the way we do it...

Anybody considering doing business with this company should seriously reconsider as they do not seem to care about deliver services as ordered an paid for.
