Unfair billing Practice!!!

Start up date with ADT: 12/01/2010
During this time, not one call out to for inspection/repair.
Called in August 2012, I knew that it must have been battery.
Technician comes in on on the 31/08/2012 which is a Friday at 11:15hrs which is a NORMAL WORKING DAY.
They had to just change the battery, it took them roughly 15 minutes to do just that! They hand me an invoice of R862.23 for a battery change which you would assume to fall under MAINTENANCE.Anyway, I reluctantly sign the invoice, after they leave I find my contract and it clearly states that MAINTENANCE is already charged in my monthly fee!!! And the contract further adds MAINTENANCE consists only of INSPECTION AND REPAIR!!! So, I sent an instant e-mail and even faxed over my clear disagreement regarding this issue! Not one posted bill, not one e-mail, they call out of the blue yesterday harassing me for payment of this amount. I am mad as for one they dont communicate with customers even with their sneaky increases, my contract states that they must inform customers in writing of their intention to increase their price, they never ever do!!! And when the contract ends, they dont inform you of this!
