I have taken out a new contract and with autopage and told the consultant that I just want the airtime and nothing else. No Itemised billing or Call line identification.
I noticed that The my account pro is also being charged for, and went to the store where I took out the contract. The staff is not helpful and rude, and added a request for the service to be stopped, and for credit to be arranged.
This has not happened, and the amount went of my bank account and is also included on my new invoice.
People warned me about autopage and the bad after service, but now I am experiencing it first hand.
Can this please be rectified ASAP before I cancel the contract due to contract breach and paying for something that I didn't sign up for..
