Its been more than 15 days since my parcel dispatched and 7 days since SAPO strikes ended ; i still didn't receive my parcel. its stuck at GERMISTON hub from last 15 days. even tried to contact customer care but no response. can you tell me when m i going to receive my parcel. tracking number is PE764625900ZA.
