Parcel waiting at Germiston hub for 3 days

I am waiting on parcel from cape town and everytime i check the tracking it states it at germiston HUB
this parcel has been at this destination for 3 days? PE803124567ZA
please advise when the parcels move from there?

i did call the callcenter but i think it has burnt down or should be burnt down as no on answers the phone.
