Registered item (VISA application with existing Passport) posted to Canadian High Commission in Pretoria.
On following up, find out that the item has not been delivered after two (2) weeks. Reason given via call centre is that SAPO is on Strike!!! Cannot credit this... unbelievable. On enquiring what I need to do to get my documents back, I am told that I need to wait till the strike is over... when? No-one knows. So I am effectively grounded by these bungling buffoons... It is a disgrace
