Is SAPO managing or being managed?

Dear SAPO

I send roughly 3 parcels daily and presently have major concerns.
I send my parcels from Vorna Valley post office and collections here commenced on 4 March after a 3 week long strike at Germiston hub/Witspos...???
1. Where can i find out about strikes?
I went to Vorna Valley again today to hear that the last collection apparently took place on 13 March as a result of another strike...???
2. Is this the case and what is the expected timing of this new strike?
Another concern is parcels that i have handed in early February can be tracked as received by branch.
3. How can i find their whereabouts?

I would just like to add a little comment which you can do with what you please as it's easy to hurl insults but solutions are what makes forward motion possible.
1. Have you forgotten where you come from... millions in advertising 'we deliver, whatever it takes'???
2. Are you unable to find employees who care for what they do... where i come from my customer and not my boss pays me!
3. Is your management capable of a management role... contingency plans would be a start!!!
