SAPO needs to put plans in place!

I have been using SAPO for my business to transport parcels and handle incoming parcels for the past 4 years. I am sad to say they are rather SLOW and a strike takes place alsmost annually!
I have sent them emails enquiring about parcels (incoming) and my customers are frustrated because their parcels are NOT traceable or IN TRANSIT for over 3 weeks!

The strike is not my problem, but has become my problem. I have taken a vow not to ever support them again. I opted to use them becasue they are slightly cheaper, however its costing me thousands in the long run and loss of clients!!
SAPO is the exact example of how terrible service can get in SA. The call centre 0860111502 takes 10-15 minutes to assist and by that time one is very frustrated.

I patiently await the day for SAPO to die off.
