Still waiting for parcel

My parcel was sent from Greytown to Bloemfontein, the parcel was sent on 6 February 2013 and was last scanned at the Durban Hub also on the 6th. It is a week later and I haven't received my parcel. Everytime I phone the post office no one can help me as well. The tracking nr is PE590003925ZA
