Please help me. I am trying to locate parcels which was sent to us on the 17of January 2013 from Hong Kong. The Customs number the company gave us is RD027021619SE and RD026205275SE. We have still received any notification or correspondence regarding the whereabouts of this packages. I have tried calling the mail centre, but the phone goes unanswered. Thank you.
