I have failed to receive notification of a parcel several times, but on the last occasion I was irritated beyond belief. I could not get information from the slow unresponsive website, so phoned the call centre, the young lady advised me that the parcel was at my local PO but delivery of notifications came from the nearest main PO (what a convoluted system, parcel sent to collection branch, collection slip sent to main PO for allocation to delivery person). Anyhow no notification was received, ever. The call centre lady who was very efficent told me I would receive a call fro the main PO manager - this never happened. I vowed never to use the SAPO again. Leisure Books, of which I'm a member, is obviously of the same opinion, as I received an email from them today, telling me that all future orders would be delivered via Post Net. Perhaps the PO should stick to selling envelopes and crayons, sending faxes and every aspect unrelated to their core function, which I have always been under the impression, was mail delivery, at which they don't appear to be very good
