No delivery of parcel

A parcel that was ordered & paid for on 5 May 2013 from China came into South Africa & was delivered to Willowway post office on 1 June 2013 instead of Lynnridge Mall post office. No notification was received from the post office that the parcel has arrived & where it is to be collected. The post office sent it back to JHB international mail on 5 June 2013 & instead of bothering to find the correct post office they simply decided to return the parcel back to the sender. The parcel is now in Durban to be sent back to China.
The parcel needs to be delivered to the correct address at Lynnridge Mall post office & notification given as well as telephone call made to me that the parcel can be collected. I will not be requesting a refund from the company in China for the undelivered parcel, as it is SA post office service that made the error & I insist on receiving the parcel.
