I ordered a parcel from the states on 21 March, according to the system USPS (united states postal services) tracking, EMS (the international division of SAPO) delivered my parcel twice and I was not available to receive it. This is not true, NO ONE has contacted me regarding delivery or collection.
I tried calling EMS (011) 961-6006/7/8/9/10 - NONE of them work. After 5 minutes waiting on any of the lines the call cuts.
I tried calling SAPO call centre 0850 111 502 and the 60 year old voice prompt lady tells you that you need to "please be patient" every 10 seconds. Again after a loooong wait no-one answers.
