I placed my order for Valentine's day on the website, and what was ultimately delivered was a different flower arrangement in a completely different container. The message was transcribed incorrectly and the spelling was wrong. When I emailed to ask what was going on, the response was "the website is a guideline. they're allowed to change it". No apology, no "I understand how frustrating this might be", nada.
In a nutshell: The flowers were wrong. The message was wrong. The container was wrong. The ONLY thing that was correct was the delivery address. Well done.
