I (62 year old Pensioner) asked the Teller ID 40012112 to send 3 CD's via "Normal Post" (R16). The Teller scanned the 3 parcels in with a tracking number (R65). I told the teller no, I asked to send it via "Normal post". The teller asked the supervisor something and he asked me if I want a Tracking no. on which I explained I do not want a Tracking no. because I send CD's via "Normal Post" every month and never had any losses! The Teller scanned in stamps and said I must place it on the Parcels. Without explaining how many stamps on each parcel and because I did not had my Reading glasses with me I asked the Teller to put on the stamps for me. she refused and said I must do it. I got agitated and demanded she must put it on for me when the Supervisor jumped in (not asking me what the problem was) and said I must not shout at them. I told him, if the Teller does not want to put on the Stamps then he must do it. He also refused and said if I do not know how to do it he will show me how to do it. That was not the problem. Problem was I did not had my Reading glasses with me and could not even "peel" the stamps. Are they rendering a Service or do they just collect a salary
