Today the 20th of January 2014 I went to the post office to collect a parcel. when I got to the teller the lady asked me for my ID. now that's not the problem. the problem is every time I go to the post office every teller has a different rule to the next. I go to the post office regularly to pick up parcels and I haven never been asked to show my ID. The collect card didn't even say you need to produce your ID except write your ID number down and sign. I am really fed up with one teller saying one thing and another saying something else. they really need to get their rules amongst themselves correct as it is wasting my time riding up and down.
