In April 2013 I was robbed of my mobile phone and Sterns advised me that my claim was rejected. I was highly upset. The store assistant said I must phone Finrite which I did = The call centre agent who answered the phone was Thomas Ndlovo - He was very helpful and gave me advise on what to do. Thomas went the extra mile for ME... He emailed me daily, advising me on the progress of my claim... Thomas is a star... On Friday I will be paying the account and access and I will be receiving a new phone. Thank you Thomas, You are an asset to you company.
