I was hugely impressed with Mike and his efficient professional manner in dealing with my problem yesterday.
After experiencing some issues on the website with processing a payment and then subsequent upload failure (admittedly my error), I contacted Rapidstudio telephonically to try and get my order sorted.
It is rare to receive such excellent customer service and advanced tech support. Well done!
