Bought a Texas Lounge Suite and bedroom suite from Russells Southgate on Tuesday, They wanted the sale imm, the cash had to be paid imm. I asked them to deliver Saturday 20 Apr, they called Friday to confirm that delivery will take place, i called saturday morning 9am and they confirmed Southgate only had our delivery and it was dispatched. i called at 12 and Thomas said we must just wait. i called at 3 and Thomas changed his story... it might not happen and he also said the customer is aware... I am the customer you! I asked to speak to the mangr and Thomas confirmed that he already left, and they dont have his cell number but he was aware of the problem... WOW and he did absolutely 0 about it? and that he can give me his Number cause its not his problem, its warehouse! i dont care who is responsible - i deal with russells not the warehouse, the warehouse did not make the sale! Thanks Russells not only did u waste my entire day waiting but i have just moved into a new house and i had my housewarming with guests sitting on camping chairs and the floor! How embarrasing...!
