25 March 2013 my car went in for its 15 000kms service. I asked them to check the wheel alignment as the car pulled heavy to the left, glow plugs-car starts difficult., brakes-grinding/binding. got my car there was a dent on my driver side front fender with also oil on my fender. Are they not supposed to put a protection matt over your fender when they work on your car? And also there were scratches on the driver door next to and above the handle. A person cannot miss that dent nor the scratches as it's a blue car and so easy to notice. All the things i asked them to do they said to me it was done. 26thMarch 2013, i took the car in for its wheel alignment as it was still the same, wheel alignment was out and they also they notice that the wheel bearing was loose. Hw can they sell a car like this? Wheel bearing loose and on their inspection form it stated that they must tighten the wheel bearing and now they sold me this car with a loose wheel bearing and wheel alignment that's out. How is this roadworthy condition - nw if i neve checked this i could hav been in an accident/loose wheel. i must phone/email they dnt come back to u, was told 7days for lic&new nr plates still waiting :(
