I took my vehicle to TWT Menlyn for wheel alignment in October 2012. I had previously fitted tyres there and received a good deal and good service. There was a minor issue with the wheel alignment and I had to redo it elsewhere, as I don't reside in Pretoria. In December 2012 I was in Pretoria, and went to TWT Menlyn to bring the issue under their attention, where Jaco, the manager assisted me. He was friendly, listened to what the issue was, then looked at ways to resolve it. Jaco truly value his customers interests and will go out of his way to assist them! Jaco is a big asset to Tiger Wheel and Tyre, he took a small negative and turned it around into a big positive. TWT Menlyn's good service, and very competitive prices will ensure I'll stay a loyal customer and can highly recommend them!
