On 9 March i took my car into to have the wheel balancing and alignment done.
Everything went well until i drove my car out of the shop.
My car was making a terrible sound as if the wheel bearing was totally gone.
Being totally in shock and very afraid, at the nearest tyre place on my way home.
Supaquick! I said to them that I had just done wheel balancing and alignment at Zafs and that after driving it out, it began making a terrible sound.
Turns out my tyre was completely unevenly worn on the one side - the guy at Supaquik said that it was a common fault on those brands of tyres.
How did Zafs do the wheel balancing and alignment on my car when the one tyre was that terrible?
Completely unacceptable as i wasted money on wheel balancing and alignment, when I could have gone straight to Supaquik and they would have checked my car and told me before doing the alignment and balancing.
Zafs is all about making money and customer safety and satisfaction isnt one of their priorities. They take no pride in what they do.
