I had my vehicle in for wheel alignment at the cresta branch, helpful friendly service.as per the service agent my vehicle was aligned.the problem continued with my vehicle. took it for a second opinion to a competitor of TWT who found that the rear camber cannot be adjusted and therefore my wheels will never be aligned.i raised an enquiry to TWT head ofiice. i received great service from DOT and Russell the manager at the cresta branch.
what does surprise me is the level of feedback received in order to resolve my complaint.
1. as per the report sent to me it clearly indicates that the rear cambers on the left and right was almost 3 degrees in error and could not be adjusted.
2. the final feedback i received, to my understanding is Thank you SIR for your support, we see the camber was not done, we acknowledge this, we do not agree TWT was in error and we happily charged you full price.
A heartfull thanks to TWT's competitor who was honest enough to show me the problem with the cambers and even further not to charge me any fee.
I expected a higher level of feedback and honesty from TWT, sadly i must say i am disappointed at TWT and I will start using your competitor for service
