!! Shocking Service from Rosebank Mercedez Benz!!

On the 10 December 2013, I take my Mercedez to a wheel alignment outlet to have a flat wheel repaired and the wheel alignment balanced. Afterwards I drive around testing the wheel alignment and it is perfect.
The very next day I take it to Rosebank Mercedez Benz for a service. To replace the oil filter, oil a few other things and the battery costs TEN THOUSDAND RAND.
Afterwards I realise the wheel alignment is very off. The car is pulling heavily to the left. I go back and ask if they can align the wheels. Marco the Service manager blatantly refuses. The only logical response one would expect is "I am sorry you are not happy with the Service, let us fix the wheel alignment." It costs R300 at a wheel alignment centre

BUT wait, it only gets better. He advises that I book the car back in and pay to have the car's alignment tested. So instead of rectifying the issue, he sees it as an opportunity to make more money off me. So the bottom line is clearly FAR MORE important than customer service.

What frightens the heck out of me is if something so small like a wheel alignment causes no many issues, what happens when my Mercedez Benz should have real involved issues.
