When I came back from work there was no elletricity at my houseI reported around 3pm and I was given the reference number 2349676 of which I was told that the turnaround time is 24hours. The following day I made the follow up several times with the agents telling different stories and also spoke to a supervisor twice. The turn aroundtime expired and I'm unable to prepare food for an infant since yesterday. Now it is 19:30 and still I don't get assistance I find this very unacceptable and neglegent as I pay my eletricity bills on time and I'm not in arrears, eletricity is a basic need as most of the things cannot work without it. Some of my meat and other stuff have worn out because of this situation, who should I claim from?
