Poor Service from ethekwini Municipality AGAIN!!!

We often deal with Ethekwini Municipality as we manage a few properties around Durban. Sadly the service levels are on a down slpoe. This morning I spoke to a lady by the name of Rita Radebe, my query being that the municipality has requested a higher deposit because of the water consumption being so high. This resulted in the account going from R700 per month to R4000 pm. I explained that we have logged a waterloss claim and to date nothing has happened. She said that I must NOT assume that they will do something. I questioned her about her rude tone of voice and she said that she is doing her job. I asked her for her supervisors number and she said she does not have the number.

I am beyond tired of being on the receiving end of bad attitudes and poor service. When one gets paid a salary it is your job to assist the client.
