I am Noncedo Holose resinding at no:1541 N U 13 Mdantsane but most of the time im in Johannesburg and my cousin is the one who is the premises full time. we're having a big tree outside the yard and we reported it several times at N U 6 Municipal offices and they kept on promising that they will come and cut it, because they didn't honore their promise i even asked them that what if that tree cause a damage they said we won't be responsibly but the Municipality. Now in March this year a breanch from that tree fell over the eletricity wire and suddenly there was no eletricity in the house - my cousin reported that but they send him from pillar to post. until i contacted a lady called Mayoli who refered me to the counsellor Mr Ngabayena finally he met my cousin he couldn't help saying we should pay ofwhich im disputing that, its been more than 9 months staying in the dark that 13 to 17 rent office is useless those people working there they don't have facilities. we can't send them emails or fax they don't have access to those thing. We are voting for these cousillors but they can't help us WHY. First they failled to consolidate these 2 accounts:10107737 and 10246147 and we're payng
