SA Post Office
Delay in delivery of package

I am expecting delivery of a package to the Post office in Westville that has been sent from George on the 30th of January 2013 it arrived at the Durban mail hub on the 1st of February 2013. I used the track and trace tool on the SAPO site to check the whereabouts of the package this morning and saw that it's still stuck at the Durban hub. Its' been six days!! Surely it cannot take that long for the package to be transported from the sorting facility in Durban to Westville. Please can this matter be attended to urgently.
