Dear team,
I received a package from my cousin from the Netherlands Miss S.Paal. this package was send off since the 18th of Dec. 2013. It states packages being sent from the NL to South Africa takes 8-10 working days.
Trackingsnumber is CC021070347NL with transaction number 0358369000059795. When checking on the track and trace site it shows package is on the way, when checking with the post office in South Africa they see they are saying the package has not yet been sent to South Africa.
The package was supposed to be delivered at:

Most of the stuff is food that is being sent as a gift and being sent since the 18th of Dec... the stuff might spoil...
kinldy advise as i am very dissapointed in the service delivery. The post office in NL was called and they could confirm that the package left since the 20th of December 2013
