Neoflam Griddle Pan no longer non-stick

I bought a Neoflam griddle pan in June last year, which I chose over my usual Tefal choice.
After a few months following the care instructions, the pan started to stick and is now a nightmare to use.
My Tefal frying pan which is a few years older than this pan is still 100%.
I'm not impressed with the product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, stick with Tefal.
