In short the delivery time-lines are shocking. My package arrived in South Africa, and cleared customs on the 08 February 2013, the package accordingly the track and trace website has been with Witspost since the 12th? The call centre 0860111502 is shocking, I called several times and had to hang up in sheer frustration from holding on for long periods of time, two days in a row! I checked with Gallo Manor yesterday and today - no delivery and nobody can tell you whats's going on. Even the staff cannot get though to someone who can assist. This is not my first experience of this poor service. I need to know where my package is and when it will be delivered?
